The purpose of this Policy is to describe, in plain language, the cookies and similar technologies used in the Services, why they are used, and how you can control them.

The Vibe Construction Suite is a business software platform. Cookies are used primarily to operate the platform securely and reliably — to sign users in, keep sessions active, protect accounts, and remember basic interface preferences — rather than for advertising or cross-site tracking.

A cookie is a small text file that a website or application places on your computer, tablet, or mobile device when you visit it. Cookies allow the site to recognize the device on later requests, store small amounts of information, and maintain continuity between page loads.

Cookies are described as "session" cookies when they are deleted once the browser is closed, and "persistent" cookies when they remain on the device until they expire or are deleted.

Authentication cookies and equivalent browser-storage tokens allow the Services to recognize that you have signed in, associate your requests with your user account and company, and keep you signed in as you move between pages and between the Hub and licensed applications.

These technologies also support the single sign-on process used to launch applications within the Suite, so that you are not required to re-enter credentials for each application. If these are blocked or cleared, you will be signed out and will need to sign in again.

Session cookies exist only for the duration of a working session. They maintain continuity between requests — for example, keeping a session active while you work, preserving temporary state within a workflow, and allowing the platform to recognize related requests as part of the same session.

Session cookies are typically deleted when you sign out or close your browser, and sessions may also expire automatically after a period of inactivity for security reasons.

Security cookies and related technologies help protect accounts and the platform. They support functions such as detecting and preventing unauthorized access, mitigating automated abuse and fraudulent activity, protecting form submissions against cross-site request forgery, and recording session characteristics used for account security monitoring.

These technologies are used to protect the integrity of the Services and the confidentiality of Customer data, and are considered essential.

Preference cookies and equivalent browser storage remember settings and choices so the Services behave consistently for you. Examples include the selected light or dark appearance, layout and navigation preferences, dismissed notices or banners, and the most recently used company or workspace context.

Preference technologies are not required to operate the Services. If they are blocked or cleared, the Services will continue to function, but your settings may reset to defaults each time you visit.

Performance cookies and similar technologies help us understand how the Services perform in real-world conditions — for example, page and feature load times, error and failure rates, and diagnostic information that helps identify defects.

Information collected for performance purposes is used to maintain reliability and to improve the Services. Where diagnostic information is submitted through a support or feedback feature, it is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Actual durations may vary as the Services and their providers evolve. You may delete cookies and browser storage at any time using your browser controls.
