Delete your Vibe Construction Suite account
Vibe Construction Suite is developed and operated by Vibe Supply Products LLC. This page explains how to delete the account you use to sign in to the Vibe Construction Suite Hub and its mobile and desktop applications, and what happens to your data when you do. You do not need to be signed in — or to still have the app installed — to use this page.
Delete your account now
Sign in and you will be taken straight to the Vibe Construction Suite account-deletion screen. No email request and no app install required.
Option 1 — Delete your account inside the app (fastest)
- Sign in to the Hub at hub.vibeconstructionsuite.com.
- Open Settings or Account & Security from the sidebar or profile menu.
- Choose Delete Account → Continue to Account Deletion.
- Read the confirmation, type DELETE, and confirm the final dialog.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. You are signed out of every device and every Vibe Construction Suite application at the same time.
You will be asked to sign in, then taken directly to the deletion screen. You do not need to reinstall or open the mobile app.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in, or if you are a Company Owner whose company still has other members or an active subscription, send a deletion request to our support team. Owners are asked to transfer ownership or close the company subscription first so that the company's other users are not locked out.

- Include the account email address and the company name.
- We may verify that you control the account or hold authority over the company account before processing the request. This protects you against deletion requested by someone else.
What is deleted
- Your authentication account and sign-in credentials.
- Your linked sign-in identities, including email/password, Google and Sign in with Apple.
- Your Hub profile — name, email, phone, avatar, job title and preferences.
- Your company membership, role, permissions, seat and application assignments.
- Your active sessions, notification preferences and pending invitations.
After deletion, signing in with that email address behaves like an unregistered email. Returning to a company requires a brand-new invitation.
What is not deleted
Vibe Construction Suite is a business platform. Project and business records created inside a company account belong to that company, not to the individual employee who entered them. Deleting your personal account does not delete:
- Company-owned projects, takeoffs, job records, RFQs, Bid Tracker data, Running Total data, photographs, and uploaded project files.
- Company activity history, audit logs, licensing records, and billing and invoice records.
Those records remain with the company and are retained under the company's own obligations and the Vibe Construction Suite Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy, which provides a ninety (90) day availability window after a subscription or free trial ends. Where an employee's name appears in company history, the reference is detached from the deleted account.
If you are the Company Owner and want the entire company account and its project data deleted — not just your personal login — say so explicitly in your email request.
Records we must keep
We retain a limited set of records where retention is required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or security reasons — for example invoices and payment records, legal acceptance records, and security logs. These are described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten in the ordinary course.
